Help Keep Girls Out of Jail! - Donate!

Girl Trouble Action & Outreach Fund

Girl Trouble could not have been made without the generous support of individuals, corporations and foundations. Your contribution to Critical Images, Inc., -- the documentary production company that made the film - underwrites the outreach and distribution of Girl Trouble, which breaks new ground in articulating the issues of girls at risk. The film will receive a national screening on PBS on the acclaimed series Independent Lens, in the 2005 -2006 season. We are working hard to build a three-year national outreach campaign around the broadcast. In conjunction with screenings of Girl Trouble, the outreach campaign will generate dialog and action that will change policy and programming for girls in the juvenile justice system.

Help keep girls out of jail - please consider becoming a supporter of Girl Trouble by making a tax deductible donation to our campaign. Together we can find alternatives to incarceration and develop gender specific programming for girls in the system, who along with women now represent the fastest growing prison population in the US.
